Dr. David Cohen completed his residency in urology at New York University Medical Center and then went on to a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the prestigious Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. David Cohen, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Cohen specializes in treating urologic cancers. He is considered an expert in prostate, bladder and kidney cancers, having vast experience in the performance of difficult operations to preserve bladder and sexual function while eradicating cancer. He is also accomplished in the delivery of general urology including stones, infections and sterilization for men.

Gerard J. Galarneau, M.D.
Dr. Gerard J. Galarneau completed his training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City where he specialized in male infertility, erectile dysfunction and minimally invasive surgeries. He is considered an expert in these areas of urologic care and is capable of performing complex infertility procedures including vasectomy reversals and sperm retrieval for in-vitro techniques. The emphasis on minimally invasive surgery enables patients to have major surgery without the need for prolonged recuperation. This allows early return to full activity, minimizes the risk of major complications and limits hospitalization.
His commitment to urologic services in Orange County has been solidified as he heads the only incontinence center in the region. Ronald W. Raspa, M.D.
Dr. Ronald Raspa completed his residency in urology at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital (Columbia University). He is a board-certified urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Raspa brings 25 years of experience and the highest levels of urologic care to Middletown Urology. Dr. Raspa treats all aspects of general urology with a concentration in urologic stone disease and erectile dysfunction.

Emmanuel Schenkman, M.D.
Dr. Emmanuel Schenkman completed his residency at West Virginia University. He is certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Schenkman practices all aspects of adult general urology with special interests in female urology, minimally invasive surgery, urologic oncology, kidney stone disease, prostate disease, erectile dysfunction and vasectomies..
Dr. Schenkman's technical expertise and compassion have earned him a highly regarded reputation in his field. He is well respected by both his patients and colleagues. Dr. Schenkman has practiced n Orange County for many years and has privileges at Orange Regional Medial Center, St. Anthony Community Hospital, and Bon Secours Community Hospital. He holds office hours by appointment in Middletown, Port Jarvis, and Monticello.

PA Irene Eng completed her training as a physician assistant at Alderson Broaddus College in West Virginia. She currently maintains her national certification from the American Academy of Physicians Assistants. For 25 years, through training and dedication, she has been devoted to all aspects of female health, general surgery, family medicine, and OB/GYN.
